About
I'm a second-year Software Engineering Co-op student at the University of Guelph, currently holding an 89% average. I started out writing C# desktop apps in 2023 and never really stopped building things.
Most of what I make is full-stack. Replay is the clearest example: a React and TypeScript app, a FastAPI backend, a Postgres schema, and a Chrome extension, all written so they actually talk to each other properly. On the other end I have C coursework where I manage my own memory and there is nothing catching my mistakes. I like working at both ends, because the low-level stuff is what makes the high-level stuff make sense.
Right now I'm looking for a Winter 2027 co-op where I can work on real systems with people who have been doing this longer than I have.
